Wesley S. Brown Mr. Brown has over thirty-two (32) years of experience in the construction industry. After graduating from North Carolina State University, he began working for Guard Corporation, a grading contractor, where he began learning the valuable leadership skills that serve him today. Learning from the “ground up”, he quickly rose to supervisory positions and management positions within three years. He obtained his General Contractor’s license and formed Browe Construction Company, Inc. in April, 1988 serving in every possible capacity to ensure its eventual success. He currently serves as Vice-President of the company.
Jillane D. Brown Mrs. Brown has over thirty (30) years of experience in the construction industry. She graduated from Wake Technical College and began her career working for Plaza Associates, Inc., a large commercial real estate company, in their construction accounting department. In 1990 she began working with Construction Management Services as a Senior Construction Accountant and Assistant Project Manager. She started providing accounting services to Browe Construction Company, Inc. in 1989, and eventually bought the majority shares in Browe Construction Company, Inc. in 1994. She has served in the capacity of President and Chief Financial Officer ever since and oversees all the financial aspects of the business.
Sam Gore Mr. Gore is a highly respected Estimator and has over thirty-five (35) years experience in the construction industry. He was an Estimator with APAC – Carolina, Inc. for four years, and then moved on to Ocean Lakes Construction in South Carolina for three years. He served as Vice President for over five years with R.B. Pond Construction and then worked with Smith and Smith Surveyors in Apex, North Carolina. He began working with Browe Construction Company, Inc. in 1995 and has served in the dual role of Estimator and Project Manager. He is a graduate of Horry-Georgetown Technical College and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Fino Lopez Mr. Lopez has over fifteen (15) years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Lopez was originally hired as a crew member and eventually worked his way up through strong leadership and detailed quality control. He was promoted to Field Operations Manager in 2017. He oversees the day to day operations for the company. He also manages over 50 crew members. He has experience with public sector clients such as the North Carolina Department of Transportation, city municipalities, and other government clients. His project experience includes structural infrastructure, beautification, and enhancement projects. Mr. Lopez holds his Level I and II Erosion Control and Stormwater Certification, 30 Hour OSHA Construction, Flagger Training Card, Trench Excavation, and Work Zone Traffic Control Supervisor Certification. He has obtained the National Safety Council Confined Space Certification and has begun the Construction Management series at North Carolina State University.
Andrea H. Fulcher Ms. Fulcher has over thirty (30) years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industry. She worked as a Property Manager in the retail industry for several years before becoming a Senior Property Manager for a well known local commercial brokerage firm. She then moved to a national real estate trust group as a senior level Property Manager overseeing a million square feet of office space. She began working for Browe Construction Company, Inc. in 2014 and serves in the capacity of Human Resources and Office Manager. She is a graduate of North Carolina State University. She holds her Flagger Training Instructor Card..
Jordan A. Brown Ms. Brown graduated in 2014 from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina where she double majored in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing. While a student at USC, she won numerous awards as a member of the NCAA Division I Equestrian team. She follows a proud family tradition of riding reining horses. After graduation, she worked in the staffing and recruiting industry in Raleigh, NC. She transitioned to Browe Construction as a Project Manager where she is now focusing on building her experience and knowledge in the construction industry.
Nicole S. Price Ms. Price has over five (5) years of experience in the concrete construction industry. She began her career with Browe Construction as an office manager, payroll clerk and accounting manager. She was recently promoted to Contract Administrator to serve as the liaison between our estimating department and contractors. She will be managing all aspects of contract enforcement and implementation.
Irene Castro Mrs. Castro has twelve (12) years in the banking industry. Her accounting background includes working for wholesale distributors, certified public accountants, and other financial institutions. She has been involved in all aspects of the accounting process since coming to Browe and was promoted to Payroll Manager in 2014. She holds her Flagger Training Instructor Card.
